Personalised housing plan

As part of the prevention and relief duties, your caseworker will complete a personalised housing plan with you. This will include actions that we will take to support you and actions that you need to take to try and secure housing for your household.

Your caseworker will try to reach an agreement with you on the actions to perform. In some cases, you may not agree with the actions we believe are fair for you to carry out. If this happens, you have the right to request a review of these actions.

During the prevention and relief duties, your personal housing plan might be updated.

If you are having difficulties completing any of your steps in the plan, speak with your caseworker.
