Using the Careline service

You may find it useful to read the Careline user handbook.

Check your Careline service is working

If you are worried that your Careline equipment isn't working, you can make a test call.

Press the button on your pendant and tell the operator that you are making a test call. It’s a good idea to make a test call every month so we can make sure everything is working.

If there are any faults, we will arrange for them to be fixed.
