Costs

The current weekly charge is £3.01.

This is based on the provision of the basic Careline alarm box and pendant, and includes:

• installation
• maintenance
• 24 hour, 365 days control centre monitoring of the alarm

If you live in a sheltered housing property, the cost covers the monitoring of the basic alarm, alarm testing, and any maintenance of the alarm system.

If you are a council tenant or a Careline user in private accommodation, your Careline payment invoice will be posted to you.

We will send you a bill for your Careline every three months in advance. You can pay by:

• standing order
• at the Post Office
• or by cheque
