Cancel your Careline service

If you would like to cancel your Careline service, call us on 0121 303 3826 or email us at careline@birmingham.gov.uk.

You must let us know as soon as you wish to end your Careline service.

If you do not let us know you want to cancel your Careline service, you will still be charged for it.

On some Sheltered Housing Schemes the Careline system cannot be removed. Call 0121 303 3637 to check if this applies to your home.
