Cancel your Careline service

If you would like to cancel your Careline service:

• email careline@birmingham.gov.uk
• phone 0121 303 3826

You must let us know as soon as you wish to end your Careline service.

If you do not let us know you want to cancel your Careline service, you will still be charged for it.

On some Sheltered Housing schemes the Careline system cannot be removed. To check if this applies to your home, phone 0121 303 3637.
