What information should I submit with my planning application?

National information requirements will apply to all application that are not exempt from mandatory BNG.

Your application must meet these requirements, or it will not be processed.

The council needs additional information to help us consider how your planning application will achieve mandatory BNG.

Our Local Information Requirements list will be updated to identify these additional information requirements. Until this updated list has been published, the council has prepared interim guidance on what additional information you will be expected to submit as part of your planning application.
