If you are unable to submit documents or pay online, you can still fill out your planning application form online, and submit any supporting documents or fees by post.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to ‘Birmingham City Council’ and posted to:

You can also pay via BACs, but payments must only be paid after the submission of an application and not before.
