The recruitment process may vary for different roles.

If you are shortlisted

We generally invite shortlisted candidates to an initial interview via Microsoft Teams.

This is usually a technical interview to assess if you have the relevant skills and knowledge outlined in the job description.

In-person interview

If you are successful at the initial interview stage, you will usually be invited to attend an in-person interview at:

Birmingham, B1 1BB.

The in-person interview will be a more in-depth assessment of how you demonstrate the leadership skills and capabilities required to play a central role in delivering financial sustainability and service transformation.

If you are not shortlisted

We cannot provide feedback to candidates who do not progress past the application stage.
