Tips on reporting antisocial behaviour to your landlord

When you report antisocial behaviour, be prepared.

Try to have answers ready for these questions:

  • What is being done?
  • Who is doing it?
  • When did it happen (date and time)? Keep a diary.
  • Is this the first instance? If not, how often has it happened?
  • How did it make you feel?
  • Did anyone else witness the incident, or are other people affected by the antisocial behaviour?
