Tips on reporting antisocial behaviour to your landlord

When you report antisocial behaviour, be prepared. Try to have answers ready for these questions:

  • what is being done?
  • who is doing it?
  • when did it happen (date and time)? Keep a diary.
  • is this the first instance? If not, how often has it happened?
  • how did it make you feel?
  • did anyone else witness the incident, or are other people affected by the antisocial behaviour?
