Charges for lost or damaged materials
These are the current charges for lost or damaged library materials.
Lost or damaged items

| Out of print or non-commercially available items | £30.00 per item |
Exemptions apply to:
- children aged under 5 years
- children or adults in exempt borrower categories
- children who are looked after by the local authority
These users are not charged for lost or damaged materials.
Lost library cards

| Lost library cards - adults | £3.00 per card |
| Lost library cards - under 18s | £1.50 per card |
Exemptions apply to children who are looked after by the local authority.
