Paying fines and charges
You must return or renew overdue items before you can pay any fines.
If you need help with a charge on your account, contact your local library.
Payment by phone
You can pay fines and charges by credit or debit card between 11am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Payment in person
You can pay fines and charges on your account:
- by credit or debit card, or by cash, at the customer service desk at the Library of Birmingham
- by cash at your local library, either at a self-service kiosk or at the customer service desk
If you are paying by cash, try to make sure you have the correct change.
