Local Development Framework

Authority Monitoring Report

We produce an Authority Monitoring Report (AMR), every year to review progress on implementing the planning policies in the Local Development Framework and on preparing new documents in the Local Development Scheme. The report also contains key information about population, social and cultural, environmental, economic, housing, transport and other issues.

Copies of Authority Monitoring Reports for the past 5 years are available on the AMR download page.

Be aware that before 2013 the AMR was called the Annual Monitoring Report.
