Development Management in Birmingham Consultation
The Development Management in Birmingham document (DMB) will provide detailed policies to help determine planning applications and development decisions across the City.
From 4 February 2019, the City Council is inviting comments on the DMB Preferred Options as part of a formal public consultation.
The DMB will provide detailed non strategic policies to support the delivery of the adopted Birmingham Development Plan. The DMB will replace the remaining Saved 2005 Birmingham Unitary Development Plan policies once it is adopted.
This ‘Preferred Options’ consultation is the second stage in progressing towards the final version of the Development Management in Birmingham (DMB) document. Comments and views will be taken into account and help shape the next stage of the document.
