I don’t know how to access Anycomms Plus e.g. regular person away ill/left

Note that only authorised people are allowed to access the Anycomms Plus Portal. If you do not have an account yourself, request this using a User Account Management Form, note this will require authorisation from the Head Teacher.

Raise an Anycomms support ticket by completing an Anycomms Plus Support Request Form.

There is an error message that the Anycomms server not available.

Forgot Username and /or password to Anycomms Plus Portal.

If you cannot complete the self-service password reset, raise a password reset request by completing an ‘Anycomms Plus Support Request Form’.

Ensure that you answer "Yes" for the 'Password reset?' option.

I have downloaded the wrong file.

If you have downloaded an incorrect file, delete this file and download the correct file. Notify the School that the incorrectly downloaded file was for, as they will need to retrieve the file from the Archive in Anycomms Plus.
