Garden waste subscriptions

Service update

Due to the increased level of strike action by Unite the Union, the garden waste service has been suspended until further notice.

We will be refunding all customers that have paid for a 2025 subscription. If you have a subscription, you do not need to contact us, refunds will be made automatically.

Moving house

Your collection is linked to your address. If you move house, you cannot transfer the collection to your new address.

If you move into a house that has an existing garden waste collection, this will continue until the collections finish for the year.
