We are the data controller for the scheme. Personal data is processed under:
- Article 6(1)(e) UK GDPR – task in the public interest
- Article 9(2)(g) – substantial public interest

Data is shared only for delivering the scheme and will also be provided to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
