Apply for a grant
Before you apply, check that your property is in a priority area and that you and your household meet the Warm Homes Local Grant eligibility criteria.
How to apply
You can apply for a grant using the Shared Works platform.
Use Shared Works to:
- apply for funding
- upload supporting documents
- track application and installation progress
- view proposed measures
Apply for a Warm Homes Local Grant on Shared Works.
After you apply
- We will confirm household eligibility.
- Next Energy will complete an initial retrofit assessment.
- We will inform you about the approved measures.
- If you agree to proceed, we will arrange installation dates.
- After installation, you will receive a handover pack, including manuals, warranties, and guarantees.
- Next Energy will make periodic post‑installation checks.
