Why we are running the survey
The survey is a requirement of our Improvement and Recovery Plan (IRP) and the results will provide the insights we need to reshape the council for the better.
To give you the chance to have your say and share your experiences of working at the council, we will be running the full survey every year, with a shorter pulse survey every June.
We want to understand:
- what is working
- where we can improve
- how we can make sure that our workforce is motivated to deliver good services to our citizens
Accessibility
If you have accessibility needs that mean you cannot complete the survey, speak to your line manager or email the engagement and wellbeing team: ColleagueEngagementSurvey@birmingham.gov.uk.
The survey is anonymous
When you complete the survey, we will not ask you for your name or contact details.
All data will be treated as confidential and in-line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Find out how we will use your answers and keep them anonymous
