If you are experiencing immediate problems, phone 0121 303 1116. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The Erdington and Northfield Advice Centres will extend their opening hours for residents who want to talk to someone in person about cost of living issues. The centres will be open to visitors until 7:00pm on Tuesdays and 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.
In addition to this, the Erdington and Northfield Advice Centres (under the new Homes and Money Service) are trialling sending out text and email messaging in order to signpost citizens to financial support. You may therefore receive a text message from the following mobile number 07*****4456. This is not spam.
