As you will be aware, primary school places will be offered on Monday 17 April 2023. This update provides you with helpful information about the process and points you to additional support that will be available online.
As you applied online, you will be sent an email informing you which school has been offered to your child.
Emails will be sent on 17 April 2023, and we expect you to receive your email by 4pm. The exact time will depend on your email service provider.
You will also receive your child's offer letter from 18 April 2023.
Please do not contact Birmingham City Council before you have received the offer of a school place.
The school admissions team cannot tell you which primary school place has been offered to your child by phone or email. You must have received your email or letter before contacting the school admissions team.
You may contact school admissions if you have not received your email or letter by 19 April 2023.
