Do you want your school to be included?

We’re inviting schools across Birmingham to express their interest in being part of the Safer School Journeys programme.

Expressions of Interest are open until Friday 28 November 2025.

From January 2026, we’ll work with selected schools to co-develop and deliver improvements.

All schools are welcome to apply. We will assess each submission based on suitability, local context, and potential impact. If your school would like to be considered, please read: how schools are selected.

If your school meets the criteria, complete and submit an Expression of Interest form by Friday 28 November 2025.

Even if your school isn’t selected this year, you can still benefit from support through the Modeshift STARS programme — a national scheme that helps schools promote safer, greener, and healthier travel, with access to resources and accreditation.
