There are also organisations that can offer advice and help you get support:
Citizens Advice
Citizen's Advice offer free, confidential support in person and with some support online. They can also help you understand what travel support is available to you.

MoneyHelper gives free, impartial advice about money and pensions.
If you are sick or disabled and either unable to work or work reduced hours, you can find guidance about support on Money Helper's Illness and disability page.
Council Tax
You can get support with Council Tax in some circumstances. This may include a reduction of your bill, up to 100%.
Support is for residents:
- on benefits
- on a low income
- who are vulnerable
