What we will achieve
Setting up our staff with tools and skills so that they can serve our communities in the most efficient and effective way.
We will:
- have a better understanding of the digital needs of the Council
- automate routine tasks so that our staff can focus on more difficult problems
- improve support when things go wrong with digital tools so teams can get back to work quickly
- enable frontline staff to record their case notes more efficiently and be safer doing their jobs
- introduce more user friendly processes to enable our staff to do the best job for our citizens and businesses
- strengthen support for everyone in the Council when we release new or updated software
- encourage greater online collaboration between staff and when working with external partners
