What we will achieve

We will develop online services based on what our citizens and businesses need.

We will:

  • make it easier for everyone to find what they’re looking for online
  • make it easier for citizens to manage services on behalf of friends and family
  • expand the services available online for citizens and businesses
  • ensure all our online services are fully accessible
  • redesign our processes to pre-empt citizen and business requests and offer support early
  • ensure that citizens and businesses only have to share information with us once
  • measure our performance and publish our results on how we’re delivering to targets
  • always protect citizen and Council data and use it for good
