What we will achieve

Ensuring our technology and digital infrastructure is responsive, secure and adaptive to meet the changing needs of our citizens, businesses and staff.

We will:

  • have reliable, secure technology that is cost effective and minimises our carbon footprint
  • make the most of the technology we already have in the Council that is working well
  • bring new technologies and innovations to the Council to raise expectations, improve our services and how we work
  • expand our digital infrastructure in the right way, at the right time so we have the best options for our services
  • maintain our systems so they are always safe and secure
  • work with communities, businesses and citizens to make the most of the technical solutions developed in the community
