Test and trace
To protect your friends and family, testing and tracing must become a new way of life.
If you have symptoms, you need to get a test immediately. Do not leave home for any other reason.
If you test positive, we will contact you to trace people who you might have infected.
Play your part and do the right thing so we can safely return to a more normal life. Go to nhs.uk or phone 119.
Note that the following documents and audio clips state that the isolation period is 14 days - it is now 10 days.
