NHS Test and Trace (NHS COVID-19 App)

The NHS COVID-19 app closed down on 27 April 2023.

NHS Test and Trace services helped to:

• identify, contain and control the virus,
• limit the spread of the infection
• and save lives.

You could use the COVID-19 mobile app to access many NHS Test and Trace features.

Contract tracing ended on 24 February 2022, along with venue check-ins on the app.

COVID-19 Pass (NHS App)

The NHS COVID Pass is no longer required domestically or for international travel.

The NHS COVID Pass was a way to show your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination status or test result if you needed to.
