Area Commissioning Teams – Contact and Care Provider Forum information
All providers contracted with Birmingham City Council are allocated to one of our five area commissioning teams. To identify which team is responsible for your service, please look up the service details in the care services directory
The area teams can help with enquiries about your service’s contract with Birmingham City Council. They are responsible for assessing the quality of services through the Provider Quality Assurance Statement (PQAS) process and they arrange care provider forums.
Care Provider Forums
Continuing with the success of the care provider forums last year, care providers can book attendance at many sessions being run throughout the year.
The forums are for care providers to discuss and engage with their area commissioners, other providers, and partners on a range of topics, as well as sharing good news stories and good practice.
Forum dates will be posted on the individual area team pages which follow. Providers will be contacted by email with details about how to book on to a forum, and these will be run both virtually and in person, so please look out for your invitation.
