Area Commissioning Teams – Contact and Care Provider Forum information
All providers contracted with Birmingham City Council are allocated to one of our five area commissioning teams. To identify which team is responsible for your service, look up the service details in the care services directory
The area teams can help with enquiries about your service’s contract with Birmingham City Council. They are responsible for assessing the quality of services through the Provider Quality Assurance Statement (PQAS) process and they arrange care provider forums.
Care Provider Forums
The forums are for all Birmingham care providers, and those contracted with Birmingham City Council, to discuss and engage with area commissioners, other providers, and partners on a range of topics. They also share good news stories and good practice.
