If you are in temporary accommodation provided by Birmingham City Council and need a repair, follow the instructions for your accommodation type to report it.

Homeless centre

If you are in a Birmingham City Council-run homeless centre, contact the staff at the centre.

Hotel or bed and breakfast

If you are in a hotel or a bed and breakfast, contact the staff there to resolve the issue.

If the problem is still not resolved, contact the temporary accommodation team at BandBenquiries@birmingham.gov.uk.

Self-contained or shared housing

If you are in self-contained or shared housing provided by a private landlord or agency, contact your housing provider.

If the problem is still not resolved, contact the temporary accommodation team at TAPropertyComplaints@birmingham.gov.uk.

Self-contained temporary housing owned by the council

If you are in self-contained temporary housing owned by the council (also known as 'dispersed' housing), you can book a repair.
