Support for victims

Help and information for Adult victims can be found on GOV.UK's website.

The National Referral Mechanism

The National Referral Mechanism (NRM) is a framework for identifying and referring potential victims of modern slavery and ensuring they receive the appropriate support.

Generally the NRM form is completed by someone who is trained to complete it, as the decision as to whether someone is a victim or not depends, in part, on how well the form is completed. This guidance explains how to complete the referral form before it is considered by the relevant competent authority.

Digital NRM

The Single Competent Authority is now receiving referrals of potential victims of modern slavery through the digital platform. Please circulate the links below to first responders in your networks.
