Fitness classes and activities

We have over 80 classes a week, including Yoga, Aerobics, Les Mills, Spinning, Boot Camp, Vibe Cycling and much more.  Women's only classes are on Tuesday, please consult the calendar below.

You must be aged 16 or over to take part in group exercise classes unless otherwise specified. 

You can just turn up and join in, as long as you arrive before the class starts.
