Coronavirus - COVID-19 Suspension of Direct Debit Memberships

We don’t expect you to pay your membership fees while our facilities are closed so we’re freezing your membership and we won’t be collecting your monthly direct debit until we can re-open. There’s no need to cancel your direct debit, we’ll do everything for you to keep your membership frozen with no money at all being taken. 

Subsequently, all availability for online bookings have been removed from our website until further notice.

As soon as it is deemed safe to re-open the facilities, we will notify yourselves via email and social media channels about reinstating your membership with us.

We have not been given a timeline for re-opening at present but will keep you updated on progress as it comes to us.
