What happens next?
Within 3 working days of receiving your request for pre application advice or a Planning Performance Agreement we will contact you to confirm:
- That your request has been received.
- For pre-application advice: that the fee, if submitted/required with the form, is correct or if a fee has not been submitted with the form, what the fee is.
- For a Planning Performance Agreement under Categories A-E: we will confirm the fee.
- For a Planning Performance Agreement under Category A(i) we will arrange to discuss your requirements in order to calculate the fee.
- Any additional information that is required (for example, additional plans, a meeting, or a site visit).
- The name of the Planning Officer who will be your contact.
