What happens next?
After we receive your request for pre-application advice or a Planning Performance Agreement we will:
- review your pre-application and any documents
- send an acknowledgement letter with:
- the assigned officer’s details
- the expected timescales for assessment
- confirm that the fee paid is correct, or invoice any additional fees
- confirm any fee for a Planning Performance Agreement under Categories A to E
- advise if any additional information is required (for example, additional plans, a meeting, or a site visit)
The assigned officer will then review your submission and advise on the next steps or outcome.
