Fees and charges

Developers have to pay for s278 agreements.

Pre – application advice is available. A Section 278 Pre-Application advice minor application – (Up to 25 Housing units equivalent (covers 1 pre-application review and 1 number 1 hour meeting) is chargeable at £1,650.

Prior to technical approval, an application charge of £165 is required to check the application pack contains all the required documentation.

This fee includes one more corrected submission to be allowed before further application charges are made.

The minimum technical approval and inspection fee of £14,616.00* will always apply for schemes over £15,000 construction value.

Schemes below £15,000 will be priced on an individual basis.
