Your data may be recorded on a password protected database with UK based servers. It may also be in written format within officer’s note books and paper record files in filing cabinets within the offices.

In execution of our duties it will be necessary to take out paper records such as note books and files and to minimise the risk of data loss these will be kept on the person of the officers. If it is unavoidable that paperwork is created with personal detail that cannot be kept on the officer's person, it will be locked in the boot of the vehicle and in the case of vans, secured away inside the cab.
