Inbound mail processing, digitisation and distribution

Our staff and systems can collect, sort, scan and store physical mail in bulk thanks to best-in-class automation. We can fully process your organisation's incoming post, with digital versions instantly available on the shared storage platform of your choice, ready to view and action.

Allowing us to turn your physical mail into digital images will not only free your organisation from the burden of handling, sorting and distributing post, but also makes it easy to maintain a referenceable, auditable archive of printed communications. The risk of losing important documents is reduced, and it becomes easier to share this type of incoming information with others. Distributing incoming mail digitally also better enables remote and hybrid working practices.

How does it work?

Your organisation's post is all directed to one or more local Post Box numbers. The Digital Mail Centre collects this on your behalf and takes it to our technology centre, where it is processed and scanned. Digital images are made available to your staff via shared storage, and the original documents are sorted and put into temporary storage. After an agreed period of time, those originals are securely shredded.
