We can help with translation and interpreting in over 100 languages and with making information accessible to all.

Interpreting

Register to access our online booking system

To book interpreting and accessible information services, register to use the BTIS Interpreter Booking and Management System.

You will then receive a username and initial password to access the system.

Translation

Get a quote

For written translation quotations, email the document(s) to btis@birmingham.gov.uk providing details of:

  1. the document type
  2. language(s) to be translated, and
  3. the intended use of the translation - for example, for information only, official purposes or for publication
