How to apply to the Birmingham device bank

You can apply to the Birmingham device bank by completing our online form.

Birmingham City Council employees cannot apply on behalf of a charity or community group. All applications must be submitted by the charity or community group themselves.

Charities and community groups representing themselves cannot submit more than one application through the online form. Only the first application you submit will be reviewed. This does not apply if you are representing an individual.

You cannot apply to the Birmingham device bank as an individual.

Apply to the Birmingham device bank

All successful applications will be subject to the provisions of the digital donation agreement. You can download a copy of the digital donation agreement.

All information submitted as part of an application will be processed only for the purposes of the Birmingham device bank and is subject to the Birmingham City Council's privacy policy.

Number of available devices

The number of digital devices we can offer you is restricted to make sure everyone has the chance to apply to the Birmingham device bank.

If you are representing an individual, you can apply for up to 3 devices.

If you are representing yourselves, you can apply for up to 20 devices.
