Corporate Landlord

As part of the Council’s award winning transformation of its Central Administrative Buildings (CAB) portfolio the Corporate Landlord function manages and supports the changing requirements of the organisation. In creating the new office spaces we introduced new ways of working, such as removing cellular offices, to modernise the way we work, develop real cultural change, and deliver year on year financial savings to the organisation.

By offering more efficient and adaptable buildings, such as 10 Woodcock Street, we have reduced our overall total operating costs and provided fit-for-purpose workspaces, Our property offer is driven by business need allowing colleagues to choose how and where to work in order to deliver their services most effectively.

Our change programme took seven years to complete, reinventing where, when and how we do our business. If you want to know more about our journey or are planning to transform or improve your workspaces, contact us.
