Tenant satisfaction measure surveys - 2025 to 2026 results
Throughout 2025 to 2026, we have continued to carry out Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) surveys.
These surveys were carried out on the Council’s behalf by Acuity Research and Practive Ltd, using telephone surveys to speak to 2400 tenants across four separate survey periods.
Across 7 of the 12 measures, tenant satisfaction with us as a landlord has continued to increase, although we also note that for three measures there was a small decrease in satisfaction and for two measures there was no change on overall perception in 2024-25.
While we remain pleased with the overall direction of travel of the TSM results, we acknowledge that there remains work to be done in some areas to increase tenant perception and our focus over the next 12 months will inform service delivery to our tenants across the next 12 months.
We would like to express our gratitude to those tenants who participated in these surveys; surveys will continue throughout 2026 to 2027, and we will publish our results at the end of the survey period.
