Are you worried about the rising cost of energy bills, food and transport?
You are not alone; the cost of living crisis is affecting many of us.
You may want help accessing grants, support getting all the benefits you are entitled to, or simply want to know more about the government's recent support measures.
Whatever your worries may be, we have put together some helpful information in the links below to help you.
You can download our leaflet for advice and support on the cost of living, which is available in 11 languages.
You can also download our Cost of Living booklet for more information and advice on how to keep your home safe and other helpful tips.
If you are experiencing immediate problems, call 0121 303 1116. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
The Erdington and Northfield Advice Centres will extend their opening hours for residents who want to talk to someone in person about cost of living issues. The centres will be open to visitors until 7pm on Tuesdays and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.
In addition to this, the Erdington and Northfield Advice Centres (under the new Homes and Money Service) are trialling sending out text and email messaging in order to signpost citizens to financial support.
