- Maps of the site are available from the cemetery office. There are also maps on noticeboards and signs throughout the site.
- Access

There is vehicle access to the cemetery via the gates on Moor Lane and The Ridgeway with a speed limit of 5mph. There is pedestrian access via the gate on College Road and the wooden lych gate on Moor Lane.
The road network allows access to all sections, but most roads are narrow. Consider other cemetery visitors when parking. Do not park on the grave sections or grassed areas. Park along on the main drive where there is more space if you can.
Some roads are uneven and bumpy due to tree roots and may be unsuitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Take care when walking along grave rows as the ground may be uneven and the grass can be slippery in wet weather.
There are ladies and gents toilets, and an accessible toilet (requires a radar key), near the chapel.
Cemetery section maps are available on noticeboards throughout the site.
The cemetery chapel is not currently open to the public.
There is not a staffed office on site. Witton cemetery is managed from Sutton New Hall cemetery.
Witton cemetery is served by the number 7 bus from The Ridgeway.
