The BRUM account can help you to:
- Request and track a range of council services
- Ability to edit and complete saved forms
- View your local services and facilities
- Access to campaigns and marketing content
You will need a BRUM account to access the following services:
- Council Tax
- Business Rates
- Waste & Recycling
- Housing Rents
- Environmental Health
To access some services you will also need to verify who you are and allow your BRUM account details to be shared with the council’s other systems
