Accessing Business Rates Online
Once signed into your BRUM account you need to select the option for Business Rates. This will take you to the Business Rates Online portal, where you will see the services available.
- Direct Debit, set up or change
- Search for rateable value of a property
There is a further option for businesses to register for Business Rates online. To register, select the ‘My account details’ in the Business rates section of the portal and follow the instructions.
You will be asked to confirm your business name, account number and answer a security question.
Once you have registered your account, you will be able to view up to date account information, check your balance and payments and update your contact details.
If you change your address in your BRUM account you will also need to change it on Business Rates Online.
