Offer emails and letters

If you applied online, you will receive an email telling you which secondary school has been offered to your child.

Emails will be sent on Monday 2 March 2026, and you should receive your email by 4:00pm. However, the exact time will depend on your email service provider. You will also receive your child's offer by letter from 2 March 2026.

Do not contact us before you have received an offer for a school place.

On 2 March 2026, we cannot tell you by phone or email which secondary school place has been offered to your child.

If you have not received an email or letter by Tuesday 3 March 2026, you can contact us.
