Register to provide skin-piercing treatments

You and your premises must be registered before providing skin-piercing treatments. Skin-piercing treatments include:

  • acupuncture
  • cosmetic piercing (ear and body)
  • electrolysis
  • semi-permanent skin colouring
  • tattooing

Apply online

This form can only be used for a single applicant (practitioner) for a fee of £136.

If the form contains multiple applicants it will be rejected. A separate application form and fee must be submitted for each individual practitioner.
