Foodbanks in Birmingham provide a free food parcel for at least three days. These foodbanks use a voucher system.

BBC Children in Need Emergency Essentials Programme
The BBC Children in Need Emergency Essentials Programme supports children and young people facing difficult circumstances. It is delivered by Family Fund Business Services.
The programme provides:
- beds
- cookers
- other items or services that are critical to a child's wellbeing
If you want to access this programme, a health professional must refer you.
Birmingham Food On Our Doorstep (FOOD) Club
The Birmingham FOOD Club provides families with good-quality food.
It costs £1 a year for you to become a member. Once you become a member, you can buy a bag of items worth around £15 for £3.50.
To become a member, you must live or work within 15 minutes of the club.

Incredible Surplus
Incredible Surplus provides individuals and community organisations with food and other usable materials from supermarkets and restaurants that would otherwise go to waste.
All items are available on a "Pay As You Feel" basis.
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's children's nutrition services provide:
- an obesity prevention programme
- dietary advice to children and families
Healthy Start
Many families in Birmingham can register for Healthy Start vouchers. These vouchers provide £4.25 of free food each week.
