Use of resources

We must use resources effectively. Every pound spent on care should deliver value.

We face significant financial pressure, so it is important to make the best use of available resources.

We will continue to review how resources are used as this helps us move funding from areas with lower value to those that deliver better outcomes.

This is an ongoing process.

We will monitor and review spending regularly to maximise impact and the work supports our long-term budget planning. It will help shape future decisions about savings in Adult Social Care and health.
