Furnishing and decorating your new home
When you move into your new home, you may not have a lot of furniture. Some homes may not have flooring or white goods such as fridges and washing machines. The walls may also be bare.

You may also have a local re-use centre in your area. They can help to refurbish furniture to a good standard. They are usually close to your local household recycling centre.
Many people offer items they no longer need on Freegle, Facebook Marketplace or Freecycle.
