Feedback from people using care services
Birmingham City Council calculates feedback ratings from the answers people who use services give to two questions they are asked when their service is reviewed.
- Has the service provided the help you expected?
- Would you recommend the service to others?
The directory also provides a link from the service to Healthwatch Birmingham where the public record their views of that service. You can leave your views of the service here if you or a relative or friend has used it.
