Ladywood
Bloomsbury Estate Tenant Management Organisation
Bloomsbury Estate in Nechells has nearly 700 flats and houses. Their housing service is managed on behalf of the council by the Bloomsbury Estate Management Board (EMB), which was the first TMO to be established in the country.
